Pre race, very tight calve expected a time of around 37-38 mins

During race felt like I was going slow-steady, did not really look at watch kept pace constant. Checked time when knew was near end shocked I was going at the pace I was, then I wanted to beat the clock (36 mins) did it.

So In all much better than predicted, felt comfortable (calve still tight) and so far each frostbite as been an improvement 👍
