Girvan Prom Parkrun #145

First place.

Slowest winning time due to taking a fall (blacked out) coming off the grass section on lap 1 for roughly 30-40 secs going by the time/splits etc.

Jogged to the start with Gordon after trying to explain to the stewards that I was fine but they weren’t for letting me do that!! I then ran the second lap on my own as was feeling better.

Volunteering handing out the finishing tokens and HR’s glazed English cherry cake went done a treat 😋😊
