Abingdon marathon - tough last third - pushed hard for a big pb but it was too much - still a season best :)
Rain 🌧 ☔️ and rain then sunshine hamstring hurt from the off struggled to manage it by the end … sore - was on for sub 3:15… until 20 miles…
