Notes & Comments

Hard work this one. Too out of condition really to run at race pace. Felt shagged after the first mile but pushed on. Had 3 walks to catch my breath - once at 2 mile mark on the flat and then twice more on the hilly bits in the last half mile. Recorded worst ever park run time in 9 attempts but probably not surprising given my lack of running recently.

R/W - No watch to record but had 3 walk breaks.

Splits were: No idea as I could find my watch in my bag.
