Welsh Masters Championships 1500m - I finished 2nd to a M50 by 2 seconds (I thought I had the race in the bag until 150m to go when he surged past me - I couldn't react, my legs were too tired so I had to hold on for 2nd place). No idea what my splits were but I took us out and kept the pace steady but not too fast (hence the slow overall time), the M50 took over after around 400m until the bell when I surged past again and started to wind up the pace. I felt pretty tired after this!
