Dresdner Nachtlauf 11.8 km
This came a bit unexpected, after I hadn't been running much in the past month or so. I wanted to run at my former CP but exceeded that for most of the run. happy with a new CP of 191 W, 3.8 W/kg. Very nice one, cycling helps! Bonus points for 6th/73 in F40 and 19th/433 women. Top 5%, very happy with that.

Achilles was quiet during the race, just felt it a bit after stopping and standing around the finish area. I think I've got this. The atmosphere was great, I really enjoyed the cool evening with low hanging clouds and drizzle. At heart, I'm still a British runner, rain and grey clouds are still my terrain. So perfect conditions for me
