More or less as 2wks ago, minus cut of via Pestilence Ln, and tiny bit on canal, came off on wiggly Rd and up bridlepath. Loads better than 2 weeks ago, pretty much ran all way, but paying attention to keep hr below 120, though did drift up,and I slowed in last 2-3ml
