first two miles a nightmare - couldn't get going. Then something fell into place and I breezed to about 8, horrendous headwind from 8 to about 11, (didn't enjoy that bit) 11 to 12 took about seven years, 12 to 13 was great!

It helped sooo much having a running partner for the last section. Felt much stronger than Bristol but thought it was about the same time - delighted with my time!

Must replace shoes - they have chewed my feet and I can feel the road too much through them. Honourable retirement coming up.
