Oughtibridge chase.
3 mins slower than 2018. Strangely felt I ran alright. Struggled up to the railway bridge and then pulled a few folk back on the rest of the climb. Overtook a few on the way back down.
Hammy's and calves were screaming on the way down so I think there are some mobility issues.
