bit tired at start, hungry too. First 7 miles good then the wheels fell off. Highlights, the start, mile 4 & 8 seeing Lu and Tom and lastly, a lovely cup of tea at the end. Good weather, maybe too hot?
Left shoe appears to develope a ridge down the middle when it gets hot. Course PB by 7 (count them) seconds!!!!! 10K split - 48.10, 10 mile split 1.22.47
