Summary
Really should have trained more and it would have been a great race. if I hadn't had a pants bit in the middle I may have been close as it was
ran with barking and v-rap for 1st 6-7 m then alone. last 2.5-3m where great, felt really strong and the best i have at the end of a race
back next year for a sub 2 attempt apparently!!
