1. Bärlauchblütenlauf
First attempt at using Stryd to predict my average power for a race. It gave me 178W for a flat 10k race in my normal training conditions. But since it was hotter, it lowered that to 173W in 25°C. The watch didn't sync before the race so I overshot the revised target by a bit for the first couple of km before I realised my error and then decided to stick to about 173 - in the end, I went below that because I couldn't maintain that but I still finished stronger than the other runners around me - managed to overtake 5 women in the second half - yay! Power for the win!
Had a lovely chat and a beer with 3 DHFK ladies after the race.
