Notes & Comments

NICE 10k raining quite hard at beginning and deep puddle at triangle and stream running across path further up, and lots of smaller puddles. Rain stopped at c 4K, but actually slowed more by the puddles. Think I was working just about as hard as I could and legs more or less recovered from marathon
