Beachy Head Marathon: 04:27:29 Pos: 372/1560

Given the circumstances, this wasn't a bad effort but it wasn't what I'd turned up for. The race had to be re-routed to 2 laps of the half marathon, but the organisers screwed up and didn't run the full second lap. It resulted in the route being half a mile short. Poor show.

I was gliding today and the pace was pretty consistent and I was in good enough shape to go round for another lap at the end.
