Nice speed work, was that a parkrun?
Yes, a new one for me as we were away for the weekend. A bit of a way off where I should be but post marathon and with an injury comeback to deal with that's a fair reflection of where I am at at the moment. Target is to get close to being sub 20 again for the new year!
