Bedford 10K
Only had time for a very short warm up. It was a scorching hot day so didn't expect a fast run, especially after Friday's 8m+
Course was very flat but a real mixture of road, trails, woodland and grass.
A little disappointed with miles 3 and 4

but overall quite happy with this run.
