Muilti terain run around blickling hall loved the run great surrounding no time clock at end and no time was taken great run enjoyed it.Worryed about my son at end but turned out he had tackled the 10k 6k and 3k courses ive never been so reliefedto see home as no check was made on what course s people were doing .Have done my core exercises.Tom no track session but going to do the outside run they have planed i know kingslynn well so cant get lost but hopefully wont lose the group.Looking forward to it.Sue
