Kintyre Way Ultra! First ultra and first race of 2020! Seriously underestimated how tough the terrain was underfoot ..... scrambling over rocks, waist high scrub getting off beach, mud, bog, narrow tricky grass paths. Not much forest trail except for the downhills into Skipness and Tarbert. Started to cramp over the last leg with one mega cramp towards the end. Felt ok otherwise.
