Saxon Shore Marathon: 04:15:29 Pos: 20/51.

This was poor. The weather was terrible with a head wind towards Sandwich and horrid rain.

However, there were those around me who beat me today for the first time. My performance was shite from before I got to the start line. I was exhausted when we set off.

If I have a 6-speed gear box, I would say that I ran 90% of today's race in 2nd gear.

The freezing rain and wind froze my hope flexors.

Had enough for this year.
