Notes & Comments

🏃 Did not expect anything as no idea how groin was going to be. Groin was ok for run which is pleasing a little sore after. Plenty of hills & mud. The legs were struggling last 3 miles not surprised after no running for 2 weeks happy chappy to get round.
Result gives me the Silver medal in the old gits club championship 😃
