Second asensei session. Stroke ladders.

Warm up 5 minutes then 4 mins @20, 3 mins @ 22, 2 mins at 24, 1 min @ 26, then repeat with target splits based off the first set, short warm down.

A bit disappointed that although the app links to the monitor it doesn’t record any detail from the session. No stroke rates or splits and no hr at all. Not sure if it would be possible to run ErgData in the background to allow all the data to be retained?
