Notes & Comments

Stroud Half. Horrifically sick in the night. Bit of diahorrhea and lots of vomit. Rules out running at 3am but better by morn. If it hadn’t been in the club series I would have gone. Beautiful day for it. Started fast. Whilst there was a fade it was nothing horrific. Surprising given I was literally running on empty. Pleased to be first AA. Good race.
