Sittingbourne 10m. Rain cleared up, bit breezy but at least temp was fine, wasn't sure what to expect today after not a great months training, but was hopeful of sub 70. Deliberately took it steady for first 2m as I didn't want to blow up as I knew you can gain a lot of time in the last 3m if you keep something in the tank. It went to plan, had a solid race, was never going to be 65-66mins, but 68.28 very happy with. 2nd place V50 (1st V50 was 66.36, v good time, which even on a good day would have been a tough ask to beat). Anyway, 9th place overall and won team prize with Sam and Scott 
so all good, nice pint glass which is now being used!. Caroline won team prize with Lucy & Jo and 1st lady Strider.
