MK Autumn Half
Expecting to improve on Kenilworth Half 1:58 but badly hit the wall around/after 6 miles. Possibly went out too fast, and dehydrated in hotter than expected day with no water stop between 2.5m and 6.5m. had to take shirt off for a couple of miles as I was severely overheating.
Stopped to stretch after mile 7 or 8 but to no avail. Couldn't even run at certain points and slowed to 12m/m. Cooled down and managed to rally a bit the last couple of miles of downhill to the end.
