Great Lines parkrun #303.
I have a cold, went out reasonably hard, picked up the pace up the main path to chase Barry, went second and just kept going all the way around, 1 second slower than my 2017 Great Lines PB. Well pleased with that given how rubbish my legs felt when I jogged up from the car!
