Bushy Park 5k TT, crap run, plan was to run steady for the first 2 miles then hard for the last, so something like 5:50, 5:50, 5:20 but it didn't work! First mile was about right (and the fastest) and felt really easy, then 2nd mile was too slow but didn't feel hard and tried to push really hard in the last mile and only just scraped a sub 6...pafetic! Not sure why it was so bad, it was quite warm and legs were still tired from the past week but otherwise can't see a reason, I must have just lost my speed endurance.
