Warm!

Weymouth parkrun and another improvement. Have improved by about 70 seconds in the month I've been running here. Would like to think I can keep going and aim to get into the 25 minute range with a little more focus in training.

Wore the heavier shoes and didn't eat beforehand. Did it make a difference? The shoes felt fine but this was the first Weymouth run (I think) where the last mile wasn't the quickest.
