Notes & Comments

Worden Park 10km race. Was aiming for sub 40 mins, but legs felt tired after 13.5 mile run yesterday!! Started off fast. first 5 km was ok. slowed down on second. Had an energy and electrolyte Gel at start. Had another energy at about 6km.
