Trotters 5 Mile Trail Race 2019.

Tough undulating route taking in about 2/3 raod to 1/3 trail but all the up hill was in trail making for hard going but the downhills were fast on the road. Pleases with the time as I had no idea what I'd do but had a plan and stuck to it.

Passed people going up the hill on both laps and held off a late challenge on the down followed by out sprinting a chap to the line.

Oh and a 5 mile PB* to boot!

*First ever 5 Mile race.
