Chichester 10k (90th, 17th V40)

My first race as an old man and a great one. Lovely fast flat route in glorious winter sunshine and bloody cold. Wasn't sure what I had in my legs but throught I'd start aiming for sub-35 but found it a bit tough holding that pace as the race progressed so opted for as fast as I could. Was pretty cooked in the final few k's but finished off as I started.

My first run as a V40 so technically a new (age category) PB 😛
