Bournemouth Marathon: 3:47:45 Pos: 489/2187

Just six days after my 2nd fastest marathon, today I produced by 4th fastest. Having a good week!

This was hard work on a course I know well, but I smashed it and came in 7 minutes quicker than 2016.

Ran roughly 1:53:55 for the first half followed by 1:53:50 for the second.

Ran the first 6 miles fairly comfortable and then raced the last 20. Started to feel it at 15 miles, but was pretty pleased with how I kept digging in and managed to maintain a decent pace through to the last mile.

Was feeling it late on, more so than Monday's race.

Love this race and will be asking Mrs Mo for a pass out next year.
