Parkrun Küchenholz #45
Good run this morning, started with the fast guys and ran the first 2km with a guy pushing a buggy and another guy with whom I chatted a bit. Caught another runner after lap 1 and ran with him for a bit. Both had to key me go though because they couldn't keep the pace. I was quite consistent, average pace 4:43, the first km a bit faster, the fourth a bit slower. Overall, I'm very happy bit there is still run for improvement, I feel like running at 85-90%.
