Cold and wet at the start, wet all the way through and wet at the end. It was wet, is what I'm saying. Legs were fine and I felt pretty strong but my lungs weren't co-operating. I started to cough whenever I tried to push on. Very pleased with my time given the amount of training I've done over the past three months.
