Jane Tomlinson Canal Run at Methley organised by Rothwell Harriers - well organised and enjoyable - set off a bit fast - 1st 2k in just over 8 mins - suffered later but still a PB .Uphill finishing straight put paid to my usual sprint finish . Clock read 23:12 as I crossed the line -stopped Garmin at 23:15 - official time 23:19
