My second D33 ultra, and it didn't half rain, especially on the way back. It was cold and wet and windy and muddy, and I loved every minute. To be honest, I didn't feel particularly cold until after the finish, when I had to forgo my usual post-race cool down and just get into some dry clothes. An awesome day out, though. I finished just outside last year's time, but two places better (117th!).
