Nailsea 10k, plan was to take it easy, but ended up running quite hard (I think?) - finished 7th out of 181 in 37.00 dead. Vito Graffanino (that can't be his real name surely?) won (as he did yesterday at the Beacon Batch) Legs felt very tired in the warm up, but fine once on the road (until about 8k) and then dead following the big hill on the second lap. All in all, happy. Easy 3 days now until Prestwold - goodbye OWLS best club in the world by 2010 *snigger*...
