The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Mild but quite windy. Steep downhill start then huge hold up at the bottom of the hill while everyone tried to get through the gate. Long drag along muddy track on a camber then a horrible hill. Second part on grass with 2 deep water features (I only remember 1 from last time). Up to the bum in water in the first. The second was longer and had to wade through. Then the dreadful climb back up the hill. But I managed to run the hills this time - very, very slowly but I did keep running even up the final hill. I could really yesterday's 10 miler in my legs - I had very little go in me but glad to have taken part anyway. D88s came 4th (I think) in Division 4. We were ahead of H90 but behind Barking who were in 2nd.
Trail shoes are definitely needed for this one - spikes wouldn't really work as well as gravel sections and long grass.
