Bleurgh! Well I ran it as a run, not a race due to lack of training and general fitness, but I didn't expect it to be that hard...or hilly. I set off far too fast (as ever) and paid for it for the rest of the race. I officially hate the second mile of every run and I think I lost my mojo somewhere about then. So by the end I was glad to have got around and I did find enough for a sprint finish so I'm glad I did it, but I need to work hard to avoid feeling that bad again!

It was definitely longer than 10.0K! If it wasn't your perfect 10K (I know it wasn't mine!), maybe the next one will be? We enjoyed cheering you home anyway :)
