GER Overall fairly happy with this race but hip flexors got really tight after 9m and found it very hard going. Had a gel and a water in mile 7 and felt tons better for a few miles until around mile 10 so maybe need to take 2 per half marathon (on 6m and 9m). Mile 12 a bit disappointing but on the whole it seems I was quite consistent. Watch was set to average pace display only and most of the time was between 9.38 and 9.42
