Notes & Comments

It became apparent very quickly that the weather was too hot for a PB attempt at the 2017 Hull Marathon, so I treated it as a threshold training run and really enjoyed it, with cramp barely threatening. Hopefully the Yorkshire Marathon will be cooler, and sub 3:30 will finally happen.
