Bad Buchau Federsee Halbmarathon

good training run today; the plan was to run hard until km 15 and then see how things go. I hit a low around km 13 when we had to run on gravel and my hamstrings were complaining. Struggled for a few km but then managed to come back strongly and claw back a few lost positions. The story of my run: lose positions on gravel and then get them back on tarmac or wood. Happy with winning my category F35 with over 3 min gap to the second.
