Westbridge 5: deydrated

My first time running this local race, and whilst the local running club can organise good events, I'm always disappointed that they can also be so cheap. So, even though UKA rules don't require a water station on a 5 mile race, it would have been welcome on a hot June morning. However, when I mentioned this to a marshall at the end, I was surprised to be told that no, I didn't need water, it would just slosh around. Silly me, I guess the dry lips and mouth are just normal then.
