Cannock Chase parkrun # 5 (parkrun # 72)

Still training by HR, I surprised myself with the first km split time of 5:46, so after that I kept a note of each split whilst focussing on HR - and sure enough, it got me my first sub-30 here since December, plus a new VO2Max of 44. Things are looking up.
