Hanley parkrun # 54 (parkrun # 62)

I had set myself a target of running this in 28:30 today, however that target was set before last night's sabotage by cheese & wine, plus being woken at 4am by Sian (she'd had a nightmare). Still, I decided to go for it and get as close to my target as possible - I missed my target by 21 seconds, but I ran it 2 seconds slower than my result here on Christmas Eve, so considering everything I've consumed since then, that's not a bad result!
