Rigg Race

Found this really quite hard work. I kept going over the route in my head before hand and nearly bottled it. First 3 miles essentially uphill, you never really feel that you are running 3 miles downhill afterwards though. Time was slower than last year by approx 45 secs. Need to pull my finger out and start doing some speedwork! (And get my head in gear). Tra la la.
