Another pb, the 2nd since friday but more importantly ran well from start to finish. a bigger turnout this week so wasnt sure if anyone was catching up so made a conscious effort to keep the pace up between 2 and 2.5 miles as i usually slow down there losing time before pushing on to the end and it worked as i still ran the last part at the same pace as i normally would.
