Week 5 - Run 5b of 5

Good hit out at Southend parkrun. Was expecting sub 22 and potentially sub 21, I was a little optimistic.

I might not be in 5k shape but my pacing was the same as always. Quicker first and last km and hanging on in the middle.

4:13, 4:30, 4:37, 4:36, 4:19.

Now up to 47 parkruns and will look to hit 50 before the end of 2016. Would also like to be under 21 minutes by then too.

Not the high I was hoping to end on, but still a very promising 5 week block and it's just the beginning.
