robin hood half. 3rd and silver in british champs. 10k 31:21 10mile 50:28. Even tougher course than last year with hills galore in the park estate. 5min miling til mile 6 then started to feel affects. Torry pulled away from me coming down from wollaton park house at 10k and ended up 12 secs ahead of me. quite breezy coming back but dug in. happy to sneak a pb .Defo a sub 66 in me.
