But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. WD1. Better than last week but still way off the mark. Was beaten by people who I was miles ahead of last year. Over a minute slower, which was the difference between 12th place and 5th last year. I've got some serious work to do to get my form back. Weather perfect. Running felt better than last week.
