Bay Run 2016 half marathon....bit of a disaster stopped and turned back at 8 miles but started again walked the hills...very disappointing :-( Just not enough done. Hilly start which went ok....but wheels came off...too fat need to sort that out :-)...but at least i finished Aidan beat me by 10 minutes , did not see that happen... ah well. Can only get better maybe just getting old! wil have to see;-)
